Case Study #1

Issue: The MTA had struggled on maintaining the traffic in and out of the building. Hundreds of visitors and employees enter the building on a daily basis, creating an abundance of traffic in and out of the building. They could not process visitors as quickly as they were arriving, and their scanning machine could not perform background checks which paralyzed their security system.
Solution: Acquire a visitor management software that allows employees to pre-register their guests and pre-print visitor badges.
Results: Our Visitor Management system has provided the MTA with an efficient system to compliment their building security by giving them the ability to check visitors’ ID’s against national, local, and in-house databases for potential security threats. The VMS has reduced their visitor processing time alleviating congestion in the lobby, and making visitors feel safer with professionally printed ID badges.
Case Study #2

Issue: All tenant requests and building work orders were handwritten and piling up. Deadlines were not being met, while most of the requests were getting lost, and some were even ignored because they weren't legible.
Solution: To obtain a system for generating, tracking, and managing requests.
Results: With this electronic work order system, tenants, building managers, and vendors were now able to monitor their own work order requests. Discrepancies were quickly resolved. This system helped insure that all work orders were received and accounted for. Moreover, the building was able to “go green” by using a paper-less system.
